Due to strategic growth, our client, a top national firm, is looking for a mid-level associate to join their Banking & Financial Services group in Toronto.

This is an opportunity to join a leading banking & financial services team at one of Canada’s most reputable business law firms.  In this role, you will act for leading financial institutions and corporations on a range of finance transactions, including advising on domestic and cross-border syndicated and corporate lending, asset based lending, project finance, and securitization matters.

The successful candidate will have two to five years of experience working on financial services transactions at a top-tier law firm.  You should be a self-starter with top-notch communication and drafting skills.
